Whats next after +ve pregnancy test?

I tested +ve twice today with different brands of test kits. What should I do next to confirm? A blood test, a scan?

Also, I've been feeling cramps on the left lower side and a sore chest - is it normal?

Cramps is normal, i felt also before when i'm pregnant u have nothing to worry about it.
