Using pampers diaper tape type. Haven't tried pull up pant yet.
Pull up pant is more ex than tape type. Any idea what is the different?

The idea is, if your kid has started standing or walking, it is easier to change them with a pull up pant (standing up) than a normal diaper (having to get them to lie on their back). That's all the difference that I observe. Of course, the pull up pants is more than twice the price, so I do not tend to use them.

The pull up type is useful during toilet training as it is easier to pull down the diaper than to rip off the tape. Also to let kiddo get use to pulling down "pants/undies" during potty.

The cheaper brand i had used during those period was NTUC. Cant hold very much(pee) though, but definitely easier on the pocket.

Also better to use when going out as dont need to find a place for kiddo to lie down to put on diaper.

I like the tape type rather than the pull up diaper. You can easily adjust the tape type while the pull up pants slides down, when the child's urine stocks on it.

Like what mlr explained, pull up diaper is suitable for toilet training. You can get the cheaper range of mamy poko, I find it quite good

Thank you for the explanation! So in a nutshell, pull ups give more comfort to parent not really for kids right! You pay an extra just not to lie down your baby to change him. Right?
