I have $3000 capital mall vouchers all in $10 with expiry date 1 OCT 2016, keen to 1 to 1 exchange to NTUC vouchers or sell at 6% discount, can deal along north east line mrt station during weekday lunch time or weekend at bishan mrt or tpy mrt by appointment.please pm me if you keen.thanks
