Yup... vomit a few times till at the delivery suite... that certainly sounds familiar! So, drink whatever you feel like (so long as non-alcoholic), eat whatever you like... a bit at a time. Experiment with what works and what doesn't. Eat crackers with warm water before leaving the bed in the morning. Ginger tea, coke, sprite, experiment everything. Some things are easier than others. Sometimes, cold food (sandwiches, ice cream) etc goes down better for some people. Good luck! And... Congrats!!
