Unable to see foetus

Hi, anyone had such experience before? Did it ended positively?

I did SO-IUI on 29th May and tested positive subsequently. Been scanning and doing blood test twice per week since 12 June as I'm spotting everyday.

What worries me is until today we are still unable to see the foetus despite using transvaginal ultrasound. HCG level is increasing, not doubling but increasing at an acceptable rate. Was also diagnosed with subchorionic hematoma, which explains the daily spotting.

problem is hcg need to double every 36 hours for viable growth, increasing slowly mean slow growth which is not promising
