Hi everyone,
I'm new to this forum. Have only started being concerned about my fertility this year, at 34 years old. I am getting married in September this year but have been to the gynae to do simple fertility tests.
Based on my progesterone blood test, I am not ovulating (at least in the cycle that was tested). Doctor also said it could be PCOS, as I have frequently long and irregular cycles (fluctuates between 32 and 46 days).
I have started to track my fertility using the Kindara app, and learned that they have their own Basal Body Temperature thermometer called "Wink". Apparently, it can transmit the temp reading to the app over bluetooth, so you can save the trouble of entering the figures.
I have placed a pre-order for one as it looks easy to use. Has anybody tried BBT charting to determine ovulation? Especially for possible PCOS sufferer?
It is currently going for USD$99 but I got a referral discount of $10. If anyone is interested, they can purchase this referral link to get the same discount: kindara.com/r/c7Y7SH2ZS
