Toddler fall sick frequently

Hi mummies, any of your child fall sick frequently? My daughter (2y10m) keep falling sick in this 3-4 months, fever, diarrhea, vomit.... I am feeling a bit helpless as I don't know why is that so. Heart pain each time I see her sick. How to boost up their immunity? She is attending child care. Do you think stay at home kids fall sick less frequent than those attending child care? Sometimes I just feel like quitting the job to look after the kids but somehow I need the job, dilemma... Sigh

More exposure to different germs so will fall sick more easily, but they will build up their immunity. Make sure the centre is clean, I changed my girl to a new place as the previous kept having hfmd cases. Also gave her some supplements to take.
