Is this good for trying for baby?

At least for me I think it’s good. My gynae told me to take folic acid during ttc. So when I found out about this product through this forum, I just give it a try since it also contain other multivitamins like CoQ10 & Niacin which improves egg quality. I only take this product and no other supplements.

Noted.. there are alot of suppliments just not sure which is good.
