Any mummies delivering at TMC? Which types of room did u chose? Please share your overall experiences. Thanks

Choose 2 bedded cos d bed is better and nurses will treat u more nicely. When u give birth, ur last concern is d pain that u will go through. There are nurses who doesnt care at all, so opt for at least 2 bes and bed is much comfortable

I chose 4-bedded but was granted 2-bedded. Basically, u won't feel much difference in the type of ward as you'll be tired and in discomfort, plus the many 'disturbances'. It really doesn't matter. Just cross ur finger that u have a nice 'neighbour'. I had a nice neighbour and she's a heavy sleeper so it was not an issue with my many visitors and cry-baby gal...

Does the hospital provide any clothes if we didn't bring any?

i delivered in TMC last Oct.. i opt for single bedded and got upgraded to single premier on 5th Floor. The nurses are really angels..

Yes, pls standby Pjs with front opening (buttons) to prepare to nurse your baby. You will be wearing the hospital gown for the initial 1-2 days only.

I also opt for single bedded and got upgrade to single premier on 5th floor. same as lilmisssummer
it depend on which mode of delivery you have opt.
I have go thru c section and my final bill is about another $6k after the medisave deduct.
it is worth it.
The services and room are great experience.

Initially wanted to go for 4 bedded to save some money but realised that there's not much difference in d charges. So will be going for the 2 bedded.

I delivered normal with Epi. Stayed 3d2n.
Opted for 1 bedded but was full so had to settle for 2 bedded on first night. 2nd night got single premier and got upgraded to a suite on 6th floor!!! Probably due to availability and I'm their returning customer. Nurses were great in both 2 bedded and suite but definitely more attention given in suite.

Bill was abt 7k plus because my Gynae already about 3k partly for package and also late night delivery charges and his visitations. Paid 2.5k deposit, medusa be I think was 2.7k. Remaining cash
