Greetings to all the mummies on this forum!

We are conducting a study to find out more about the values and beliefs of Singaporean parents regarding their child's sleeping arrangement. Across different cultures, there are wide variations in conventional infant care practices, particularly in infant sleeping arrangement. Sleep is important for the child's healthy development, as well the parents' well being. With that in mind, we seek to address these questions: Where does your child sleep? How do you feel about your child's sleeping arrangement? The results of this study will contribute to a public knowledge pool on infant care and child development.

Please help us out by taking 10 mins of your time to complete a sleeping arrangement questionnaire:

The survey is completely anonymous and you will be entered to win $100 in a lucky draw.

We also have a range of other interesting studies that are open to participation from parent and child. When my son was younger he used to sleep in a crib till he was 1 year old, then after that made him sleep on a small baby sized bed in our own room.

Do you ever wonder what your baby is thinking about? That’s what we’ll like to find out! The Early Cognition Lab at KidsSTOP™ is recruiting babies and young children for our studies! We ask questions like, “Do babies have a sense of fairness?”, and “Do babies think you should help someone in need?”

Each session lasts about 30 minutes and involves getting your child to watch videos of people interacting or playing on a tablet. After the session, parents and child get to enjoy exciting and educational play facilities at KidsSTOP, free-of-charge! ( Welcome to KidsSTOP? | KidsSTOP? )

Registration for 2 of our studies is currently open!

1. Eye-tracking studies (12-33 months old)

2. Face processing studies (4-7 years old)

Days: Any Fri afternoon/Sat/Sun*
