Sharing the immediate experience from a company that I thought it is very professional from all the reviews and comments..
I’ve read a lot of reviews online and that have seen some influencers recommending this agency (NewBubs) thought of trying this and on behalf of my boss and highly recommended to him.
#1 response is really not that responsive as compared to other agencies, been trying to get response be it calls or texts for few hours to enquire, contact thru admin team and as well as the boss, but to no avail until I told him if no replies will check out other agencies and that’s where replied. But hence still trust that this is good agency upon all videos and reviews online by the moms
#2 no updates on nanny eta when she is late and nanny got to head down to the house herself from Malaysia bringing 2 luggages and poor nanny needs to find her own way
#3 for a few days of trying out the nanny by the name of Miki (name reveal so just want to warn other mummies about it that’s all), she behaved and treated the baby well and differently infront of the parents yet when parents not around, the nanny behaves differently and not her usual self. Imagine , nanny pats a 3 weeks old infant so hard and that it can be captured so louder in the video and as well as swinging the baby so rough and not any gentle, and halfway thru the coaxing the baby, decided to put the baby down to check on her phone. will you be comfortable or feel safe having this nanny to take care of your baby ?
If I were the agency, I will be of the best service to make sure everything is well including asking the condition of the baby or how is it. Till now no concerns.
Parents please comment if this is right for you baby, just want to warn other mummies and please filter all Nannies to make sure they are in right fit to the role. Despite #1 and #2, I thought probably to the last min request and decided to still try on and think they are good but when #3 happens, I think this review should be out to warn parents out there
