We are really fortunate to have Auntie as our nanny. Auntie wasn't our chosen nanny, we had her as a replacement after we were told that our initial choice could not make it when we contacted Nanny moon on the delivery date.
Auntie really cares for my son and puts caring for him first. She responses immediately whenever my son makes any noise in his cot. There were also nights when he stayed awake, and Auntie held him throughout the night.
Auntie cooks really well and adapts to our requests to cook with less salt etc. She was also particular on cleanliness, cleaning the kitchen and taking a bath after every cooking session before carrying my son.
She is also really patient in teaching us how to manage our son after she leaves. Auntie encourages us when we feel discouraged and strikes a good balance between offering advice on what she observed to work better for him and not being too pushy when we disagreed/ wanted things done differently.
Overall, a very pleasant experience and we feel blessed to have her care for our son. We would recommend her to anyone looking for a nanny.
