Rather urgent.. Simple confinement food needed, delivery to Jurong West

Anyone knows of anyone or your own mummy who can cook really simple confinement food, dont need tonic soup or special herbs, and can deliver to Jurong west? Preferably staying nearby Jurong point so that it won't be too ex or tedious to bring food over. Confinement food delivery and confinement ladies are way too ex

just want to share something out of yr context.
i understd confinement food means including ginger cooking sesame oil with other dishes.
next thing u must drink is milo, red dates + ginger + logan tea, and DOM.
