qns about kkh elective c section

May I know do kkh allow parents to choose the timing for c-section? If not, which hospitals allow that?

All hospitals allow, mostly... it wld b your gynea...

Some gyneas r pro natural birth n hence, discourage c- sect. Others charge higher 4 timing c-sect. So it's quite up 2 individual gynea.
