Procedure of IUI in SG

Hello,
I got my son through IUI 4 years ago.We were lucky that we got him on the 1st try. Now we are thinking to have another baby through IUI again. I would like to know where to start in Singapore as previously we did it in Myanmar. Shall we go and see a specialist straight or shall I go to the polyclinic first and ask them to do referal? May I know any recommanded specialist? Thank you.
