Problem with EBM?

My daughter is turning 4 months soon. I have been breastfeeding her for the past few months.
Went back to work few days back and have to feed her with expressed breastmilk that I started to freeze 1+ months back.

Thing is, usually she shit once every 2-3 days.
But ever since she is on expressed breastmilk, she shit 1-2 times per day. Sometimes there's so much shit till it overflows from her diaper.

Is this normal?
Could it be because she is not used to drinking expressed breastmilk?
Or milk not properly stored?
Or milk not warmed up properly?
Or she is overfed?

Hi..its quite normal when a bf baby doesn't poo for a few days coz bm is easily digested. How's e poop like? Normal, loose, watery, explosive or hard? Maybe u can try giving freshly expressed bm or direct latch n c whether e pooing is e same. Then u can ascertain if it could be due to e ebm. Then again, it could also be due to e food u had b4 expressing. Hope ur lil one get well soon. If there's any sign of discomfort or dehydration, best to visit a doc.
