Pregnancy Acne

Anyone has pregnancy acne? Clusters of pimples appearing on chest, back, face.
Is there a way to cure it?

Yes, I do. But at my first trimester only. At second trimester, it slowly fade off. Went for facial monthly

@hikkigoh it's a ointment that's safe for pregnancy it's i only use for two weeks and totally gone and up till now, no breakouts
