Pre-Natal Pilates

Does any mummies know where I can go for pre-natal pilates class? My gynae recommend doing pilates for my lower backache but so far google search doesn't work for me as the locations are mainly in town during lunch time.

I am doing my pre-natal Pilates with Breathe Pilates. I find their instructors rather experience and organized. U can go to their website for more details and they do offer trial for $50 a session if I remember correctly. Good luck!
