We have all heard and seen 100% organic in a food product. Organic food products have exploded and can into existence over the last two decades. Organic foods are healthier, safer, and tastier than regular ones. We all may have many questions in our minds
  • Are these food products are organic?
  • Are organic foods healthy?
  • Is it worth to spend the expense?
Organic foods are healthier than conventionally grown fruits and vegetables. Many professionals say its better for the environment and well being of animals.
It's wise to avoid these conventional foods and switch to organic food products, fruits, and vegetables. When it comes to feeding your baby and family you cant ask for a second chance in their health and it is better to feed them with the organic food product.
What does the term organic food mean?
Organic food like fruit and vegetables are grown without using artificial fertilizers, chemicals, GMOs (genetically modified organisms), MSG (monosodium glutamate), and other artificial growth inducers. Any food producer selling organic must meet strict government standards. Their products must be USDA certified. Organic crops are grown by using natural fertilizers like manure to improve the plant grows naturally. So these foods are healthier and safer as they are rich in nutrients.
Several research and studies have found that organic foods contain 59%-69% more minerals and vitamins than conventionally grown foods.
 
The nutrition requirement of the babies is very much of fruits and vegetables. It is very important to feed the baby in the forms of purees and porridge of combinations like apple oats, spinach pear which will help in the growth and development of your baby. Always give organic baby food, that do not contain preservatives, salt, sugar, colors.
