Hi all, I'm currently seeking maintenance from my soon to be ex hubby for my 5 yo kid. Can I know if I'm asking 1k is too much for a 5yo kid. My soon to be ex refuse to pay the maid fees which is shared by me n my sis. My son goes to my sis place after kindergarten for past few yrs. my sis kids n my kid is look after by the maid after their school. Anyone has any experience claiming for maid fees as part of child maintenance? My maid is not under my name but under my mum name. He reject to pay for maid amt as he say the maid is not under his name. Hope those with experience in claiming child maintenance can tell me if 1k for a kid is too much? Else what is reasonable amt?
