Hi,
Mine can be adjustable. Bought last year, but ended son did not want to ride at all because he did not able to handle with 2 wheels. It is foldable, but since the bicycle has been lying at home for months, so the wheels need to repump again.
Selling away at only $60 although it is brand new. It is yellow in color.
