Is there any prenatal yoga class in the west?

As above, i'd like to attend prenatal yoga class but it seems like it's so difficult to find one in the west. Pls recommend it if you know any good prenatal yoga trainer, thks.

Have you heard of OMG prenatal yoga class? They offer small group yoga class (max 4 people), the rates are pretty reasonable (http://www.yogasingapore.net/prenatal-yoga-class/), we may need to rent a venue, I need to check with my condo magagement if they allow us to rent it weekly at the function room (my condo is the centris, currently they only allow each unit to book one session each month, each session $20). Or we can rent a room in the CC opposite of jurong point. The frequency is once a week, 1hr/session, if we have enough people, I wish to start soon :)
 
i live near jurong point. keep me updated once you have found more people :)

i will ask my partner's campmate's wife whether she is interested... coz she seeing the same gynae as me in jurong point

and the multi purpose room at CC opp JP is fully booked from oct to nov. not sure whether we can book the meeting room instead...

actually the price for 2 pax also quite reasonable. each month we only need to pay $360 which is $180 each pax.
even you find 4 pax, $480 which is $120 per pax. CC rental is $50 each week so each month is $200. end up will be $170 each pax...

i can go over your house, or you can come over my place, both i'm ok. pls note i have 2 dogs & a cat at home though, in case you are allergy to animals.

Hi, I am 7 weeks pregnant not sure if its safe to start. But I will like to start doing prenatal yoga at some point. Please let me know if there is any vacancies.
 
Hi ladies, I cant find anyone to join the prenatal yoga class so I ended up hire the private instructor to go to my home lol appology to my small house, it is too small to hold more than 2people lol. You can contact the website I shared in my previous thread, they will assign the instructor to you, I think you can ask them to find people to join your group too, you may check with them ya ;) doing yoga is really helping my lower back pain, I encourage every mommy to join it, if you dont time to join the class, you can even do it following the YouTube videos, I found it pretty helpful too. Just search prenatal yoga :)
