How to hold pacifier in place?

Hey mommies,

I’ve been struggling a bit with keeping my baby’s pacifier in place! ‍♀️ Every time my little one falls asleep with it, it just slips out within minutes and she wakes up crying. I’ve tried different shapes and sizes, but nothing seems to help for long. I don’t want to keep going in to put it back in every 10 minutes — it’s exhausting, especially at night!

Has anyone else faced this issue? What worked for you? Some people suggested those pacifier clips, but I’m not sure if they’re safe to use while sleeping. Others have mentioned trying pacifiers that are designed for better suction, but I’m not sure which ones to try.

Would love to hear your experiences! If anyone has any other tips or tricks, please share!

Also, feel free to add any valuable tips from your own experiences!

Hi MiaDreams,

I’ve been there! One thing that worked for me was gently guiding my baby to sleep without relying too much on the pacifier. Sometimes, a little comfort from rocking or holding them for a bit longer helps them settle without needing it as much. It might take some time, but it can make a big difference in the long run

Also you might want to check out the giggly tots pacifier holder bib, available on Amazon.!

Good luck
