How much to give confinement nanny as ang pow

Hi, I have a confinement nanny helping me at the moment but confinement practices are really alien to me. What is the expected amount I should be giving to her when she leaves? She is extremely helpful and diligent, great cook and a godsend at night.

If anyone out there can recommend a ballpark amount that is within the acceptable norms, I would be very grateful.

We engaged our confinement nanny through PEM, and PEM recommended the start work red packet be at least $30, and the end work red packet is based on how satisfied you are with her performance.

Hi thanks but that's exactly my problem. Assuming I am happy with her performance, which I am, then what is the ballpark that people normally pay. I don't know if it is around $50 or $500... Would be great to get an idea of the range within which people would give if the performance is good. Thanks.

I was pleased with my CL too.. so I gave her 168 at the end of the assignment.. anyway we paid for the service already so whatever we give is already a bonus to them.. it's really how much u can afford and how much u think her value of work is worth

Depend on ur preference
if u think ur CL done a good job overall
think $88 or $168 will be a fairly reasonable amount.
