Anyone here had or having high risk pregnancies? Where would you recommend to have pre-natal checkups/delivery? KKH, NUH or SGH?

I'm thinking of requesting the polyclinic to refer me to high risk clinic if possible. Not sure if my stillbirth delivery at 34 weeks last year due to unknown cause of placenta abruption can be considered.
