Gyane/Surgeon recommendation for removal of subserosal fibroids (ideally keyhole)

Hi all,

Wonder if any of you have gynae/surgeon to recommend for removal of (subserosal) fibroids.

I'm in my early 30s and have been TTC for a year and not successful. A recent fertility test indicated both of us are healthy and well. The only possible issue seems to be the fibroids, with the largest measuring around 6cm x 5cm. Am thus considering to have it removed.
