Ex-Hong Kong maid - anyone with experience to share?

Hi! I'm hiring an ex-HK Indo maid because she can speak canto and can communicate with my mom. But a friend told me those who used to wk in HK might be more demanding coz maids are treated quite well there. Now I'm a bit worried. Has anyone hired ex-HK maid before or know of someone who does? How is the maid's attitude? Is the experience with ex-HK maid good or bad? Thanks in advance for your replies!!

Had a ex-HK fili maid years back. Her soups and steam fish were so good that my son still remem till today...
