Hello Mummies
any one knows if there is any economic confinment food delivery?

I would very much love to have a confinement lady but just simply can't afford one at all.
Google for confinment delivery, it will cost about $1800. Also, I can't afford at all and have no one to help.

Any one know where i buy get cheap confinment meal?

Just chanced upon this so not sure if I'm too late. I ordered my confinement food from Natal Essentails. If you confirm more than 1 month before your EDD, there's a discount (can't remember how many percent). And if you deliver before your EDD, you are still entitled to the discount so no worries about that. It costs about $1400 i think for 2 meals 28 days. just want to share what i have researched before that there are few confinement food delivery services in singapore.
they include:

1) rich food
2) natal essential
3) new baby
4) confinement food
5) chili padi
6) aunty li - currently i think she is not doing.

Some of my friends recommended www.confinementfood.com. Said food is tasty and price reasonable. But most importantly NO MSG.
They have been around for 6 years so should be reliable.
I'll be trying their trial meal next week so will let you know my take.
