Childcare review: PCF Sparkletots Preschool @ Buona Vista

My First Skool @ Blk 32 Holland Close

Can anyone pls advise the status of this childcare?
Such as how are the teachers, classroom structures or anything I need to take note of?
Basically the question is, is the childcare good?
Am planning to place both my children there.
