1. Once order is placed, no cancellation can be done. So must choose carefully.
2. Confirmation order is done once the funds are transferred to my POSB account.
3. There will be 2 phases of payment:
a) Phase A- payment for your orders
For eg: Cost of the item (USD) x discount (if any) x Exchange Rate (To be determined at time of spree)
b) Phase B- payment for shipping cost from USA to SGP (shared amongst the spreeis) and to local addresses (individuals).
For eg: International Shipping (USD x Exchanged Rate) + Singpost Postage charges (SGD) + Registered mail charges (S$2.24)
4. 100% can be returned if your orders are not placed yet.
5. I will not be held liable for any manufacture defects.
6. For bulky items (shoes box), shipping charges includes the base will be calculated by weight/Vol weight.
7. Leadtime from USA is around 3-4 weeks.
8. Self collection is possible at Bedok or Paya Lebar MRT after work 6pm, otherwise I will go by registered mail.
