bad experience from FULL HOUSE FURNITURE

just to share my bad experience from full house located at geylang east central ,above ntuc
we have ordered a sofa and single bed + pull out bed + bed rails from them 2 months prior delivery to our new house.

on the day of deliveries,pull out bed and bed rails were left out and did not delivered
i have called and asked the salesperson how come no pull out bed,he said the logistic dept has left out .
so i push them to deliver by the week.the sales person called JAY said ok.
when the pull out bed was delivered,bed rails were leftout again!
i was so pissed off as 1 item can deliver so many times !
i called again to "F " them cause without the bed rails ,my girl fall down in the middle of the night!
The sales person told me that has to order and need to wait for a week
i am so angry and i told them i have make full payment prior their deliveries 2 months ago and now he told me need to order because warehouse no ready stock.

ok .forget about it.i have waited for 1 week.
what happened 1 month later,the bed rails actually fall off from the bed with the 4 screws all dropped out.
Products were really bad.
when the sales person tried to close the deal,he said will give us free leather care ( for sofa)
but nothing was given to us at all.and everything he said okok no problem.
SO THE CONCLUSION is not to purchase anything from them
service and products cannot make it!
PISS !
