I heard manuka honey is good for the immune system, is this almost the same?

Can I feed a 20month old and a 4.5 years old child everyday with the honey to boost their immune system and what's the dosage like?

i think i can help... if u dun mind, rach...

my sinseh advised me not to feed raw honey to my gal, cos it's not processed... meaning a lot of things are still inside, which can accelerate development... she told me her youngest patient who has menses is only pri 2! while it's not due to honey, she feels tat food intake nowadays can contribute to it... she did say can take normal honey, as long as has been processed before...

tat is oso why personally, i try not to give my gal chix...

tat said, i do take e honey... tat's why i'm following e thread, hehe... to keep a lookput on prices! it's more worth it than manuka honey, although i think they work nearly e same...
