<b>BAD</b> Experience with Ta-Q-Bin

Have any mummies have a bad experience with Ta-Q-Bin?

I am now driven to exasperation by this courier company which is very irresponsible. This issue happen in end Jan, when I sent something to a buyer but it was not delivered. I been trying so hard to call them throughout the CNY period and they have lost trace of my parcel! It was until one week later then they finally found it and returned to me. The parcel was badly torn and dented, and they still did not take responsibility for it. I did not want to pursue the incident so just asked for a refund of $6.00.. They told me refund process takes one month yet, I have given them more than one month (from beginning Feb to now) to settle the issue and refund yet that still not is done.

Any advice what to do? This is so exasperating as its not the matter of money but more of a matter principle! How can they treat consumers like that?

OH DEAR!~ Sound really terrible! Heard alot of complain abt this company too. Write an email to their management and told them you going to media if they did not do a good explaination of what's happening. Include photos and evidence to their management.
 
I think they just shaft it somewhere in their warehouse and result in such condition of the parcel. Agree with Victoria, you definitely should complain to the management.

i use them 1st time and i need to send something to my client . they pick up on sunday night 30/4 , suppose to deliver on monday 31/4, end up no deliver ! and my client event is on tue 1/5 !
till today 3/5 , items still not deliver and not return to me !

when i call the customer service on monday 30/4 , she tell me that sometime if the driver got many things to deliver , they can CHOOSE some items not to deliver , so she say my items might be 1 of them ! WTH ?? A courier company can CHOOSE what to deliver and what not to ? i dont think email the managment is useful , i called to speak to the manager and after that , the manager promise to call me back , but no news and the next day i call them , they say no record of my complain !
 
Me too had a very bad experience with them when I was 13 weeks pregnant. When the man finally arrived with my item, I refused to pay. I took the item and said kiss goodbye to your $6. I never use them again. What a stupid Japan company!
 
This company sucks! I'm stressed out not because of work, but because of this stupid 'black pussy' company everytime fail to deliver stuffs to my customer on time. Really FML! Anyone got any recommended courier company that are able deliver at night at a reasonable price?

I have many bad experience with them too... I ordered something online and they promised to deliver in 3 days time. Afterwhich,they called and told me that they are delivering on a Thursday afternoon. I told my mil to stays at home n wait for it... I specifically told them to call me before they delivers. When my hubby came home at 1pm on Thursday, he told me that he saw this delivery guy from Ta-Q-Bin taking the same lift as him, and instead of turning to my house's direction.. He didn't tell me about this encounter because he did not know that I'm expecting something from this courier company until I complained to him at night. The next day, I called the seller and they told me that the courier company mentioned that they do deliver at 1pm but no one is at home! So must be that guy confused about the address lah...

Then nvm, they promised to deliver on Sunday again. And u know what time they deliver? They delivered at 8am!! Crazy right? When they promised their delivery time is 1pm.. So this time they called me, and I missed the call because during then I'm still pregnant and Im very tired. Nevertheless, I called back at around 8.30am and no one picks up again... Then the manager called me at 2pm saying they tried to deliver at 8am but no one at home and they call but no one picked up. So I ask why 8am when u promised 2pm? He says his driver happens to pass by my house and decided to deliver first.. wTH...

Th nvm, I give them another chance to deliver on Sunday evening...but no delivery and no one called me. I called on Monday and ask for reason, and the manager AGAIN told me that the package was at the back of the van, and so the delivery guy forgot all about it, that's why again no deliver.

I ended up canceling my order and I never see those items I bought. Btw, I bought it from mummy secret, and they are using Ta Q Bin to deliver their items. In fact they actually told me to call Ta Q Bin myself to check on my delivery add and status... Hence all in all, the seller and the courier service sucks.
