Went there yesterday. my girl very shy lah, so kaku. after the casting, otw home, she did everything very well (too late already!), told me she was scared during casting. anyway, the girl, told me she's not amanda & but i forgot her name, but she was very nice.

overall castin not so bad lah, take a few stll shots then video recording afew acts.

this is the first time we r doing this, quite exciting!

My sis took the R but guess what??!! She went for a check up at her GP and she not only put on 3kg, but her blood pressure went up high!! So not everyone is serasi with R. If u happen to have giddiness and headache, must go check blood pressure.
Xenical can be messy at times. I know of a fren who takes that and sometimes can leave stains on her clothes...hmmm..troublesome lah..mcm back in sec sch days when I constantly worry abt menses staining my skirt! But xenical is cheap but dunno how effective it is. Anw, my sis changed to another pill.

Sharizah, u should check with Doc if advisable to take two types of slimming pill together. Ultimately, health is also important!!

As for spa...whew! It was a long and relaxing one! Felt quite good but as of today, I think I may need another...hehehehe

Hi Idah, as far as I know, it's ok to drink air kelapa. My gynae dulu pun ckp ok cuma takboleh selalu because of its high cholesterol level ke calories (I can't remember).
 
Idah, from what I heard, it's better to drink air kelapa later in yr pregnancy..say, 7-8th month gitu. many pple say it's good as nanti baby keluar very clean (as in, takde mucus2 melekat etc).

I drank air kelapa around my 7th mth too. Time tu panas, jadi nikmat betul minum chilled coconut water..Alhamdulillah my baby also came out rather clean! tak cam beatrice chia cakap..baby dia keluar cam aliem sebab gooey...ehheeh...

Tapi air kelapa ni very cooling.. and my tukang urut kata, the "coolingness" can last for 44 days. Jadi jangan minom banyak2 sangat..takut nanti sejuk sangat for you.

Make sure you have ur inhaler with u at all times tau.. esp when u go out. These attacks can occur anytime.

u mayb right. I drank alot of carrot juice when i was preggie, that's why my son dpt high jaundice sampai kena tahan kat icu ... hospitalised for 14 days! alhamdulillah, he's ok now.

kita pun manusia jugak. Kalu terlalu penat, terpaksa i balik dulu, rest then pick up my dd from my mil mlm sikit. Takut nanti kalau tgh penat, budak tu yg jadi victim of my irritation/mood swing. Tapi so far tak lah sampai gitu skali. usually kalau dia nap, i pun ikut sama...

i pulak tak ingat abt minum air kelape. i dun remember whether baby keluar "clean" or not, my first thot when I saw my boy was "so small ah"

beatrice chia-richmond (yg muke dia besar macam satellite dish tu) da beranak... so fast eh...boy or girl? sure lawa one...
I was just reading an article abt her in a mag... pple like this very good hor.. they do what they love for a living... i cant say the same for myself tho....
 
nora, ya lah, my gynae was a malay, tu pon dia tak pakai all these pantang2. Cuma dia tak kasi i makan flu med time i sakit dulu..he prescribed another medication for me.

Yah i also envy pple who love what they do for a living..like that everyday also macam not going to work. BUt then again, gotta be realistic..dalam 100 orang, cuma brapa aje lah yang suka what they do.

after a 2 mth plus break, i've sorta forgotten about the fatigue & bad feelings I got at work. Hopefully ada semangat baru to return to work...

anyway just to share with you guys (or more like vent my ANGER).
Last saturday we celebrated my boy's first bdae.. just a small gathering of my siblings and hb's sibling with all their kids too. It was great and everyone enjoyed themselves.
But sadly we have no photos to show for it... All bec of hb's fault. I dun know how to put it.. but he didnt have much to do.. i arranged the caterer, i shopped and made the goodie bags..i had to remind him to invite his siblings and parents. On that day, biasala kite org rumah.. terlari sana lari sini

I scheduled the timing for him to fetch the cake... all he has to do on that day was fetch cake, buy ice, get foil balloons, checked that video camera and camera are all ready to go...so complicated meh!!!!

Apparently YES!!!
He didnt show any plan to get the balloons until i asked him "where's the balloons" lucky him white sands now got a shop that sell foil balloons..at $7 a piece. 3 weeks ago we already went to concourse to survey and picked the balloons that we want.. see if i dun tell him exactly what to do.. nothing will be done..

And he did not even get the ice.. apaprently that slipped his mind too...

And his idea of checking that the cameras were working was just to make sure they are available..

Last nite I wanted to see the pics and my i was shocked.. there were no good pictures of my boy's bdae party.. none.. and the camera run out of memory shortly after the cake cutting. no pics of cake and agar agar too... bec hb took out the memory card to print some pics some time back and he forgot to put it back.. see .. mane la i tak marah... i am not on talking terms with him now... whatever he does will not bring back my boy's 1st bade party... SO SO ANGRY!!!
 
Kesian Nora, tapi banyaklah bersabar. Tu mungkin dugaan u, maklumlah hidup berumah tangga.

Actually it's true, not ONLY ur hb, MOST men r like that. I was so frustrated once that I confide in my ustaz who was also a counsellor at that time (even any marraige counsellor will tell u the same thing), that men and women see things differently. We micro manage everything but men see things 'globally' very general.

I've learnt alot thru out my marriage and usually I'll do everything, from planning to executing things, my hb just like a labourer worker lah, only when I need MANpower like carry heavy things etc, baru suruh dia but must always remind, & remind & remind .... hence they call us naggers!

Tapi takpelah, but u must talk to ur hb, I'm sure he's remorseful but ..... hopefully he learn from his mistakes.

men are like these one, so to avoid unneccessary heartache on your part next time, just learn to do EVERYTHING yourself lah. just ask him to show up only. no choice.

for me, this is what i do. i just plan and do everything myself. but my hubby now is much better compared to last time. at least when it comes to his dd he is very "on". and when it comes to cameras, he is the MOST "on", will make sure everything ready, memory card empty, etc. so i just leave him in charge of the cameras only lah. hee...

ooo nora... your prob with hubby is not uncommon. in fact the norm laa for guys... yup we, married women got to have double or tripple kesabaran with our dear hubby nih...

they don't see & can't understand why we women always remeh-temeh abt mundane stuffs..

at times I also feel like giving my hubby a fly kick coz already spelt out for him things to do also he can omit... so now I key inside his HP plus alarm on things I want him to do/errands to run. If he lupa also, don't know what to say...

like Lani, my hubby also very ON when comes to his children. Dote on them like intan permata esp the 'lil one... 1st thing he comes home, find his kids 1st & romos them .... then say hello to me...
 
my hb pun dotes on his kid, kepit sana sini. But getting him to think things thru and plan something can kill la..

like tak fair eh,, these guys can just get away with doing nothing....sigh... geram betul la i.

if i can show u my son bdae pics (or the non-existence of it) baru u all understand. tadi pagi i sengaja reverse kereta laju laju, kasi dia cuak sikit.. his car is also his intan permata..

If I were in your shoes, I would be angry too. I was also very angry when my brother deleted all my pictures in the family comp at my parents' house. I lost so many pics that I took esp when my hb and I went for our first honeymoon and London together. I could not get back those pics, not a single one. What I was mad about was that he didn;t even tell me that he was gonna re(forgot the technical term) but he did something to remove any file belonging to me and my sis. Now way of getting those back also becos my memory card containing those pics somehow rosak dunno why... Punyalah GERAM! Sampai I nangis..I wasn't on talking terms with him for many days too. As time goes by, I came to accept it cos it's been done and there's nothing else we can do...

To look on the positive side kan, although those pics u have tak lawa, just keep them and one day when u show to ur son, u can relate the story to him...

But actually kan, my hubby ni so far he has been reliable. And also usually we do things together. I belum celebrate my dd's first b'day yet so we'll see lah how he 'performs' then. But I have faith in him! hehehe..

you mean your bro reformat the PC isit? my hubby also always reformatting the PCs. but he is quite anal about such things, he will make 2 backups 1st before he reformats! our dd's pics are his intan permata!! sampai i pun kadang-kadang kena lecture from him, he says i must take her pics EVERYDAY since i am home with her all day, because she grows up so fast then her looks keep changing all the time, so he wants to keep a record of how she looks like at every stage in her life, so next time we can look back at these photos. tak sangka he is such a sentimental fool eh...

nora - pretty common problem among men lah. i know maaaaaany men who are not really reliable in doing these things. when it comes to things on the home front, some men tend to let their wives steer the ship lah. things like keeping tabs on wedding invites and all, mana dorang kesah?

sharena - you got a transfer? congrats! hope you'll enjoy your new school.

for me pulak, my dd's 2nd b'day few mths back terbalik. all my frens yang i invited semua datang, and those that couldn't make it, at least had the decency to let me know beforehand, so that i know exactly how many ppl to cater for.

yang buat me and hubby disappointed a bit were some of his family members lah. semua cakap boleh datang, but on the day itself some didn't make it. we expected quite a number of ppl, so we catered for 50 pax (we had it at Safra Country Club some more), then end up alot of food leftover. luckily i dah siap-siap bawak banyak tupperware, so we tapau balik the food lah, my sis and my parents also tapau balik. next 2-3 days we just ate the leftover food.

so hubby said next yr we just make it a small affair at home only. he said he just wanna invite his cousins, that's all. the rest kalau nak datang can come, kalau tak nak pun no problem. then we just cater a bit of food, and get a small cake. habis cerita.

after much retail theraphy, i feel so much better.. so now my assets have grown by 4 keyfobs, 7 (yes 7!!) new panties (bec feeling a bit bloated these past few days), 2 new blouses and one pair of shoes..... no more shopping for the month!!

bdae to me is always a family affair la. this time pun pasal my boy 1st bdae, invite siblings aje to our home.. pening kan kepala nak invite banyak banyak org. I catered for 30 pax, then at the end of the day before the caterer come to collect the barang barang, i packed everthing into 5 portions (so each household yg datang dapat satu pack la). The funny thing is pack punye pack.. i didnt leave any for ourselves at home.. so kite kat rumah tinggal sate, spaghetti (my mom cook) and cut fruits

Coming bdaes tak buat lagi la. Cume kite kite kat rumah aje, cut cake and makan makan sikit jadi la.

Tapi to me, kalau org yg tak bole datang tu patut la inform kan, sayang makanan terbuang.

but for me...maybe just invite families and close friends bila buat bdae party...then for food maybe wont cater for much...coz usually pun tetamu only eat a little...

even so..if cant make it....they should inform..at least ur prepared....

I will be expecting a baby boy this december. My MIL sibuk pasal bb berkhatan.she suggest i do it straight away after giving birth like my Sister in law did. but i would prefer to wait.maybe dah besar sikit,then let him experience it.

i personally feel, buat time dorang kecik2 lagi senang. easier to clean also. i dont quite see the point of making the boy feel the pain.

Im back again! Mcm biskut chipsmore, jap ade jap takde.

Neway, Idah, dulu pun my boy circumcised bile tali pusat dia putus. Dats abt 2weeks. Senang nak jaga. Tak byk rewel. Like wat naddy says, no pt in making the boy feel pain. Neway, kalo da besar can oways go hospital circumcised cos under GA tak sakit. Cume pay more la i tink.
