where you get the reductil from? doctor? which doctor? my cousin advised me to go see doc to help lose weight, cause aft giving birth 2yrs ago, i exercise and watch my diet pun my weight tak turun-turun, so she said ask doc to prescribe something to help kickstart the weight loss

my exersaucer now hot! today sharena just picked it up from my place, she will be renting it for 1 mth, then next mth toothsome pulak renting it for 1 mth. if you nak rent then earliest is mid or end of june. can or not? you just PM me lah.

memang amosco halal lah. and the lady that works there and takes the order from us is a Malay lady, her name is Hamidah. you can call her and ask her to confirm if halal or not lah.

hehe coz cam weird gitu tgk my name as shahidah in here, dah cam my mum or dad plak yg panggil me seh.. hehe so call me NUR aje eh.. thanks
btw lani, yup e pill ive got from my doc.. my GP in bukit panjang under lifesprings clinic, if u surf under yahoo u will find it there, another clinic yg ada this medicine is Bedok MRT clinic, coz i understand from both side nya doc, tak smua clinic have this pills.. n coincidence my GP in bukit panjang & docs in bedok are all under sama batch.. so only these 2 aje ada this pills as of now i noe.. not all docs can release the pills as its quite strong n mmg guarantee u to loose wgt.. even wen i lost so much cm, docs were surprised n they sent my name for e 1st ever succesor to have lost in my waistline so much... sampaikan the HPB called me to ask me to go down for their seminar n i can be like their contoh to others.. well masa tu bleh lah lost alot coz i was participating in my co, body challenge sbb tu can lost alot seh hehe

Was Adam hospitalised? My hubby side ni pun ada history asthma so we all hv to be extra careful. These days, weather also not helping. Rayhan had acute broncitis 3wks ago & was placed on puffs. Nasib baik tk masuk hospital. Now si kecik Saarah yg kena mild bronchitis. Adui pening cause her abang Rayhan is sounding wheezy again so tadi kena 'puffed' him again to play safe before its too late. Yg lagi dua ekor tu nampaknye ok-ok aje but coughing as well.
Lets play by ear & we'll see if gathering is possible when the weekend is over!
Anyways, thanks a lot for checking abt the profiteroles. Anybody tried them before? Shiok tak? Hopefully we can get 4 names on the list so can order

I shd think so since its the only Indonesian Massage place at Parkway. I tak ingat lah pasal dah quite a while since my aunt brought it up.
For now, I also susah nak pergi do all these things unless the timing coincides wt all my kids nap time. The twins I hv no problem. My 7mth old tu bit unpredictable. Kalau I nak keluar tak bawak dia, she macam tahu aje.
But if I go to Parkway also will be quite rush for me. So much for relaxing! So I prefer kalau can do it in comfort of my own home lah. SO I wld appreciate if you all PM me your massage lady punya contacts & her prices?

Weekend ni I'll be in JB for a relative's wedding at the same time taking the opportunity to stay over at my parents' hm sana. Sejak 2005 sampai skrg belum gi lagi, sibuk dgn wedding and then dgr2 asyik jam tk habis2 , malas nk gi. By the time nak gi last yr, dah pregnant 3rd trimester pulak... We are all v excited. My so-called grand-cousin (if there's such a thing) was with me in UK blaja but she broke up with her bf. Dah lama baru dpt hitch with this guy, anak datuk! Anyway dia ni pun gaji besar kat KL.. She's an accountant with an international bank. Dah dia punya luck kan?
By the way, ckp pasal Reductil tu, I heard from my fren that my gynae pun prescribe the pill. tapi tak tahu brape. Last time was 2 mths supply $160. Skrg tak tau brape. But ya it works lah! I pun tk pernah try. Ingatkan memang i nk kena jumpstart my engine cos I pun exercise and jaga makan lah jugak but nothing much pun! Kalau blh nk turun lagi 10kg! bnyk babat kat ABT!

hi watie...ya...i read this too. kesian eh..i really feel for her mom and child too, of course. dulu when i gave birth to my son and found out that he's suspected to have a hole in the heart, my hati dah tak tenteram sampai my arwah mum pacified me and my family had to give me moral support. and later i found that it was because he was a big baby and the hole somehow closed up after that. alhamdulillah..really sujud syukur. after reading the above, my problem was really nothing. moga2 she gets better....

Teringat when my boys were born & how they were fighting for their life everyday for 3mths! Some days when we came, docs gave us bad news & we had to always prepare ourselves for the worst. Alhamdulillah with prayers they are both ok now. The power of prayers is simply amazing!
My weekend:
Ok lah on a lighter note. Today brought my kids to the zoo. They were so excited to see all their 'family'
Dah lama tak jumpa kan. We were there frm 11AM till nearly closing time so we had a LONG day out whats wt the heavy rain somewhere in between.
Overall it was a great day though wt the exception of the accident we nearly. An orang utan frm the trees (cause they are free-ranging there which i so love) was breaking off branches & nearly hit my eldest girl. Lucky the zookeeper was alert & he was asking my DD to move away. Mula mula kita ingat kan maybe ada tram behind us. Then the zookeper moved towards us, looking up at the same time & he had a catapult in his hands so i pushed my DD out of the way. Seconds later, this huge branch dropped! Nakal nah si orang utan ni satu.
Having had such a long day, I think we'll be staying in tmr. How was you all punya w'end?

that reaction from bb to exersaucer is very normal. my dd was like that also. she would even cry just by looking at the exersaucer from afar! at 1st i thought wasted lah, buy and bring back all the way from overseas, then wasted, but aft a mth or two she slowly warmed up to it and finally loved it!
i think sharena's bb haven't tried the exersaucer yet. she told me this weekend they going to JB for wedding, so her bb can only try it on Mon.

btw, this afternoon aft lunch we went to the Toys Warehouse sale. bought 2 Hello Kitty toys for Sarah, then hubby bought 2 remote control cars for himself.
the rest of the day we stayed home, cause Sara not feeling too well. evening time we just went downstairs for a walk, let Sarah play with her bicycle and we also brought her bubble machine to play with. end up all the other kids in the playground yang shiok sendiri main with the bubble machine. haha!

I memang suka gi zoo. i just enjoy the surroundings etc. but i also tak boleh tahan if the weather is extremely hot & humid. usually, we'll walk but on those days, we'll just hop on the tram.

Actually, usually we can tahan until 3PM or 4PM only cause the boys will be missing their naps & be extremely tired & cranky by then. Yesterday we were held up by the heavy rain for nearly 2hrs gitu. Lucky we were sheltered at the children's playland so they had their rest there thats why we were able to stay sooo long
Hv you brought Sarah back to the zoo since her b'day? If you become member, worth it you know. Free entrance for you & hubby plus a grandparent or helper plus free parking as well for a whole year.
Anyways, keep a close eye on Sarah. MY PD said there is a sort of 'bug' going arnd & weather these days doesnt help either.

Last weekend, my son played with my new specs!! Spec lama ada kat luar, dia tak main. Dia boleh buka casing tu and ambil the new specs and buat main. Hai... sekarang i kena bila specs baru. Ini dah 2 kali dia pecah my specs tau!! Sakit hati. My beloved boy ni macam nak suruh mama dia bila specs baru aje! sakit hati...Specs yang dia buat main baru beberapa bulan, dah kena pecah lagi gara-gara dia.

Last weekend, my son played with my new specs!! Spec lama ada kat luar, dia tak main. Dia boleh buka casing tu and ambil the new specs and buat main. Hai... sekarang i kena bila specs baru. Ini dah 2 kali dia pecah my specs tau!! Sakit hati. My beloved boy ni macam nak suruh mama dia bila specs baru aje! sakit hati...Specs yang dia buat main baru beberapa bulan, dah kena pecah lagi gara-gara dia.

Sasha, i pun bole stay pat zoo lame2. hehe... Adam loves to feed the kambing, even tho we are not supposed to.
So bile kite pi zoo, dia bole tak nap. Then malam sleep early. Then i also can rest and watch tv.

me & family were at the zoo too last Saturday. Reached there about 12. For the very 1st time we stayed till the park close. So much changes at the zoo and for the very 1st time, we WALKED everywhere instead of taking the tram... selalu nyer sampai jer, take the tram, stop to eat, pi childrenland then ciao... never really take a good look at the animals. But this time we really take the time to SEE each and every animals... my kids, nephew & niece very curious to see how a BABI RUSA look like but did not manage to see the animal ..... strangely not enough time ...

I went to the All Shapes website and it does look very inviting. But I've tried circuit before, cannot take it! Can blackout! I'll join if you mums interested in the yoga or pilates (if they have). Much gentle on my body but effective.

Also lepas tu I dropped by the CICU kat KK to visit Baby Sabie & her family. Tapi pasal I tk kenal Patsy personally, tak jumpa lah. My hati tak tenteram lepas reading abt Baby Sabie. SO sedih!

Hah, ada pun kaki yg stay at zoo sooo long. Actually, same for my kids, kalau pergi zoo mesti drop their afternoon nap so kalau i go back abt 4pm-5pm gitu, balik kasi makan terus lepak lah. Only thing is I hv to entertain them all in cab for ride home. Kalau tk mesti they all pengsan!

I had PMed Morraine semalam to help me infm Sarah. In fact, I asked her for Sarah's number but she told me to just go & ask the nurses cause obviously they wld hv known Sarah & her family.
Problem is the nurses' station is INSIDE the CICU & I was wt Aaliyah & she wasnt allowed in so I didnt go & ask
Actually this morning 1 of my boys had an appt there, thats why I thought I drop. But pasal he was cranky after the doc visit, I went back after I fetched Aaliyah frm sch in the afternoon. I might go back tmr morning or Thurs since I pun tinggal dekat & for some reason, I've been thinking a lot abt them. Dont know why.
