shermin,
i was not ard for the weekend cause we went to JB on friday afternoon and we came back monday night.
ic,
8.30pm is quite late for him to have dinner leh. no wonder he tak makan banyak, cause dah penat & cranky, altho he is hungry. my dd dinner is usually 6.45-7pm. the latest i feed her dinner is 7.30pm. try to feed him dinner b/w 6.30-7.30pm. i know it's quite difficult lah, since you have to bring him home from CC and then prepare his dinner.
oh yes, i read in Gina Ford's book that it's quite common for toddlers to be fussy about their food/meals at dinnertime, cause by then they are usually quite tired & cranky already. SO her advice is, try to feed them most of their daily nutritional requirements at breakfast & lunch, so that you can go easy at dinnertime. if they've had a good & substantial meal at b'fast & lunch, plus 2 good snacks mid-morning & mid-afternoon, then maybe dinner you can just feed soup with bread, baked potato, cheese toast, etc, etc. nothing too heavy & complicated lah.
as for milk, i heard pediasure is very nice. some kids get addicted to it! and once they are on pediasure, they may not wanna go back to their old milk formula brand, cause dah naik shiok dengan rasa pediasure. and then pediasure pulak ada chocolate flavour....
