nope..i'm already in the office..started my maternity leave abt 3wks before i gv birth. had to clear leave. but will be going on 1 wk leave in apr n june..balance maternity leave hehe
i agree kalau dha start work mcm not enuff time wif baby...by the time balik most days baby dah tido...only time we get to interact is during his feeds or nappy change. sedih at times.

Me too, my mum jage baby 24/7 la. She is satying with me, memang la without her i dun know what to do.. Weekends only my son will sleep with me. Teruk eh I... kalau tak enuf sleep i cant function.. mesti lepak at my desk!!
Most days i will reach home at abt eight. Then my boy sleeps at around 9.30 so kelam kabut la nak spend time with him. At the same time terasa jugak penat after the whole day at the office. Age is really catching up. Bile weekends I will bring him out la.. now he is coming to eight mths already. Ade gigi dua, 2 more coming soon.
Next week he's going for his first pneumococcal (sp not sure, but u know what i mean)shots. Usually when he goes for his normal shot dia tak demam la. Tak tau abt this one.

Hi all!
Wah, I MIA for so long. Really busy with work and the little one.
Thanks Lani for the wishes. Amaar had a great time at his party too. He had 2 rounds of swimming (sampai naik hitam). We did it at a relative's condo where the party is facing the pool. All the kids had a great time -swimming and eating.
And when he saw his Barney cake, he is so excited that he kept touching it. But by 7pm, our friend is so tired that he slept in the car on the way home.
I'm so busy that we opened his presents only last Tuesday. Will upload the pics soon!
ic, Amaar can't have his hair cut at the shop too. He will scream his head off. So now we'll do it when he's asleep. So far, the best method among all.

abt d sex bebas issues... sadly to say.. yup its happening.. n its sad lah.. but den, kite pon cant do anitin to help dem.. d least we can do is 2 didik anak2 kite... i do have a lot of frens yg mcm tu.. i mean.. not dat age grp lah.. in d twenties range.. to dem its normal.. mcm hari2 tukar baju.. for me, i dun judge dem by dat way lah.. after all dey r my frens.. i juz look on their good sides..

Abt the teens sekarang ni memang tak tahu apa i nak cakap. I realise that the girls are the one who are becoming more problematic. They are more daring now. InsyaAllah our daughters tak berperangai macam tu. I guess it's the westernised culture that are now very rampant. If u watch MTV u'll know what i mean. Too much sexual implications around sebab tu they think it's normal.
Anyway, kita banyk berdoa lah ya..
Sasha, I came across the thread where you were collecting names for ordering baby einstein cds. Is it good those cds? I've heard of them and apparently the kids learn a lot from those cd. Betul ke? I ingat nk order from you too but is it still on? As for your back pain kan I think it is cos of epidural. I've heard of mums who had that complain abt back pain. Even with me, I had the GA, I get back pains too. Malam2 selalu sapu YOKO YOKO. Baru boleh sedap tidur.By the way, apa your secret of losing your pregnancy weight? I really envy your figure lah! Selim melim! hahaha. Were u a stewardess befoe? Ada tokoh lah.

Siapa2 yg tinggal in the west, kita boleh ajak our kids swim at cicil service club bukit batok. I'm a member so can take in 4 adult guests tapi kena bayar $1 on weekday and $2 on weekend. My hb pun member so can take another 4. So siapa yg nak gi, we can arrange a gathering there.
My dd dah pandai tiarap skrg. Kelakar jugak tgk dia. Whenever we put her down slalu nk roll over aje. Kalau tangan dia stuck, she seems so determined to move her hand. Can be frustrated pulak tu. Bila penat dia rest head dia on the bed. Then try again. hahaha
I ingat nak put her in the Baby Gym kat cdans sini.. They charge 350 for 10 1hr sessions and they will use GD Flashcard approach. But belum sign up lagi lah. Heard there's a waiting list too. Entah betul ke tak.

Ok, I gt your ctc. But nxt week susah sikit pasal my younger bujang ni dah kena bronchitis lagi. Termasuk hari ni, dah 3 days, we are trapped at home. Better than him kena masuk hospital!
We can do the gardens abt 11am jugak if you want. Slalu I stay sampai 12.30pm gitu pasal by that time dah panas terik & usually we wld walk down to Tanglin Mall for lunch. What time Adam usually have his afternoon nap?

Ur younger girl kalau compare to yours lagi gedabak! At 6mths dah nearly 8.5kg & now she started on solids, semua dia bedal...lagi lah gedabak!

For me, I found the DVDs very good for my kids. On top of that, I bought them the book etc also. You test-drive frm Zu first then if you nak the whole set (22 DVDs), just PM me lah. I think my friend will order 3rd batch sometim nxt week.
Backpain, I rasa I will go doctor minta painkiller. I mean, seriously what can I or the doctor do but prescribe medication which I tk minat sangat makan ubat-ubat! Damage is done. Guess I just have to watch my posture etc lah.
My rahsia, simple. Have 4 kids then look after them yourself & do housework etc. Pasti success story in 2-3mths
No lah, I think I very lucky pasal my body ni has high metabolism so I burn fats very quickly. Slalu lepas makan, I will perspire like anything & if I walk for 10-15mins, also the same thing. But I still flabby lah on the thighs, arms & tummy...cuma you tk nampak aje
Tak de lag gi slimming session or makan ubat etc. At most, I only had 5 sessions of urut badan lepas bersalin for each child. I ni pun hantu junk, tk makan sihat langsung! Just pure luck lah...
Stewardess tu no lah but almost wt Silk Air or Emirates. Tapi tk menjadi pasal Emirates hv to be based in Dubai...tak rela berpisah wt my family

My stepsister pun dulu dgn Emirates. She had to stationed in Dubai. But the perks really solid lah! She's a british so she got 300 pounds of call allowance. Then plus her other allowance sume she could earn abt 3000 pounds!! Really good money seh and she only did her 'A' Levels halfway.Tapi dia pun very brand conscious and would spend loads on clothes and shoes. Tapi pakai sekali terus put one side. Kalau I ni size dia, dah lama I cekup! Dia dulu pun very skinny but now dah gedabak (i ni cakap org pandai)! Anyway she resigned already aft working for a year. She got into bad debts. Imagine at 20 dah in bad debts? Anyway, dulu pun i pernah ada cita2 nak jadi stewardess but only becos of the privilege to travel. Tapi aft frequent flying i changed my mind. I can't imagine myself working as a waitress in the air and have to get over jetlags. Lagipun kalau i nak pun my dad is so dead against it. But i also heard bad stories abt them lah, entah lah betul ke tak.

sasha my dd at 6 mths her weight was 8.7kg...penat i angkat dia...dahlah tangan i sekeping..kadang2 mcm nak putus...my elder is 30mths old...yesterday lagi she hit record.. sleep from 4.30pm till 6.30am w/o wake up...so end up i tak keluar...abeh fedup tis morning dia bangun trus i tell my hb gi jb mkn mac...
sharena i pun dream nak jadi stewardess tapi hajat tak sampai..cos when dah grow survey2 gaji not tak great cuma dapat fly here n therer so ended up...now work like mad then gi holiday...lagi dah tambah satu lagi broke...so now i tot of migrating instead cos dah almost a century i kerja so tot nak jaga my kids...but not sure whether i get use to it...but i guess i'll try...

I think it's every girl's dream to be a stewardess. Gorgeous looking and yet get to travel.
My sis is with Emirates now. But the reality is far from every girl's dream. Hard to please customers , back ache from helping to put the hand luggage and not to mention jet lag. Sometimes she did not sleep for 24 hours. Tough!

cakap pasal jadi stewardess ni, dulu banyak orang pernah ask me & my sis whether kita pun nak jadi stewardass once kita dah habis sekolah, and our answer was always no. cause my father worked with the airline before, as an inflight supervisor, then us kids used to travel with him, then we always hang ard with him and his crew, then when i see how hard they have to work, it's really not easy and not glamorous tau. kena deal with difficult & sometimes drunk passengers, suffer fr jet lag and sleep deprivation, & i think the worst job is kena clean the aircraft toilet! and it's really bad if got orang mabuk muntah in there!
anyway, even if my sis and i wanted to become stewardesses also tak boleh! cause we both don't meet the minimum height requirement! maklumlah, family ada gene katik...haha!

At the moment I send my dd to my in-laws which is opp the school that i teach. But then nothing beats having your own mum. Kalau nak comment pun takkan rasa serba salah..

Mademoiselle, actually kan the SIA girls tak lah gorgeous. Diorang tu act aje gorgeous. Ada satu hari tu when I came back from Penang, I saw one SIA stewardess tgh tunggu her ride, like I was lah. Muka dia punyalah masam! I mcm nk go ovr to her and tell her that by putting up that kind of face, ppl might change their perception of SIA girls! *naughty grin* Tapi baik punya pasal, cuma simpan dlm hati aje lah.

yes i am counting my lucky stars. My mum pun solo, so she can put in her time and effort to jage cucu.
Anyway, i think my mom can never do anything wrong while she jage my boboi bec she loves kids and now still care for my niece and nephew. So they will come to my place in the morning, go to school at noon then after dinner, my sis will fetch them. so my house actually always riuh la. Kalau weekend dorang tak datang then we feel bored.
Anyway, tax season is here... at last.. finally.. after years.. of doing my taxes.. now i can claim child relief....and grandparent caregiver relief.... happi seh...

mas.....yup my MIL stays there and only on holiday umum then she will come here and meet her cucus. Anyway I selalu jugak travel gi pahang and meet the rest of the family.

d cut off age is 30 kan?? hehe.. my cuz last time.. he audition 3 kali.. first 2 times, 1st auditon tak lepas.. den d 3rd audition, he got till d competition round.. dat was in d year 2005.. but he mintak undur diri.. coz due 2 some personal reason lah.. wat a waste.. kalau tak he could be in d finals already sey.. coz he really got a good voice.. its not easy tau.. so i rase.. my hb nie eh... isk2... i pun dun dare nak cakap d outcome..

i ordered food from qzin before. we ordered during bulan puasa because i tak sanggup masak sahur pagi2 buta.
the food was too bland for my malay tongue lah. it was so painful eating the food every morning.
1 portion was enough for 2 persons, though. kita cuma masak nasi aje. we ordered 3 dishes + 1 soup.

Oh gosh, i had such a long 2 days wt very little sleep. biasalah kan, bila budak-budak sakit. Started wt my younger twin Rayhan over the weekend wt bronchitis then adik dia, Saarah got infected but luckily her lungs are clear. Yesterday, the other 2 decided to join the club & today mak dia woke up wt a bad sore throat!
Ahhh...all this penyakit! So benci...

Tak sesat cuma we all arrived at different places. Satu kat Arrival Centre, satu in the middle of the gardens, lagi dua pulak near the Taman Serasi food court.
Nasib baik lah Botanic Gardens tu tak lah besar sangat...

thanks for the info! actually maybe bland is quite good too, cause then my dd can eat the dishes as well. actually me kiasu, just planning ahead for the day when my maid contract ends next yr and we go without a maid, so thinking maybe i just cater food, so no need to worry abt cooking everyday, then can spend more time w/ my dd...
