I totally can identify with what you mentioned. I'm seriously the slowest coach in my office. Really time I get another job or ask for transfer.

Athlete, pil tu takder side effect ker ? Baik-baik makan.. jgn kebiasaan.. Maybe you just need to drink hot milk/ hot milo before sleeping? Try not to take in pills..

Seriously people, i nie dah mood holiday ler. Besok lagi dtg kerja, tapi otak dah holiday.. LOL.

i've even gone for full check-up, blood, thyroid, hormone test etc.
all normal.

my dr will then prescribe actual sleeping pills.
but those lagi teruk.
1 can knock me out for 12+ hrs.
which i can't possbily do now.

oh no... kesiannya you.... sleep is very important. semalam i pon sleepless for a while thanks to my reflux. kalau nak uzur sure kena reflux

Besok my plan is to visit the Singapore Expo. Ada Orange Coach punyer expo..my sis is helping Syah Ibrahim. So i will just go down in the late afternoon to say hello to Syah. Kalau dia jumpa mesti terkejut.. hahah.. the last time i met him, i tak bilang i preggy. So now mesti dia tgk mak buyong dtg. And i think besok mlm ada Bollywood nite..ada impersonating of Shah Rukh Khan something like tat.. and ada DJ Dave.
 
Nora, dulu pun kat my old housing estate ada swimming pool baru bukak.. it was the 1st pool yg ada slides and wave pool.. Then Sunday orang ramai...esp makkel.. air baik biru.. it was yellowish green. I baru sampai nk mandi.. terus tak jadi seh... banyak mama and those banglahs.. hugging each other in the water.. eeww...

Dan, biasalah..boss kalau kat luar memang mcm gitu. My boss pun suka call and ask me to do werk. Padahal dia tgh on the way to the office.. he called bcos dia teringat and straight away call.. nanti bila dia teringat benda lain, he will call again...bingit tau.. Jap lagi dlm 10 min after the call, he will sampai and he asked.."You do it alrdy ?"...siao kan..
 
so my boss bila panggil marchik...ah tu nak kena jaga sikit...mood dia nak datang...

so far dia tak pernah marahlah...

tapi tgk dia marah org lain...scarry marry
 
Lina, kalau boss aku dah dtg gila..dia marah tak ingat dunia. Pernah dia marah kat orang lain, then i happen to have a supplier dtg.. the supplier was so scared that bila dia ckp, she keep fidgeting and resah gelisah.. then bila habis meeting terus dia lari keluar.. forgetting her umbrella and stuff.. then bila i call dia.. she ignored me terus cabut..

i've only ever had female bosses, and they say male boss better.
my previous co, the boss called my colleague "stupid", and she called me "weak".
but she wasn;t v well-liked in general, so everybody would make fun of her.
