cume tak tahan...dgn action karenah 'selenger' tapi blakang kite bukan main lagik...

i told my new maid...nak gi kedai kena mintak izin..n pergi normally when i do marketing...n i normally do once per week or at least 1 kali dlm 2 minggu...

setiap kali pesan...beli sekali barang2 dia...

then today...lepas dia antar my kid gi sekolah...eh dia boleh u turn gi kedai..
dia ingat my hub tito..sekali dia tak tahu my hub tu ahli mesyuarat tingkap...hub terus call i tanya ade suruh maid gi kedai tak or dia ade mintak izin tak...

i cakap both tarak...

kalau nak cerita lagik...i think nanti penuh nie thread..padahal dia baru kerja sinie 2 mths n is a 'fresh maid'

entah eh I takde maid, so I guess I don't understand much. My SIL punya helper pun dah 10 tahun kerja dgn dorang, tapi she's very matured and definitely has no issues with nak beli barang etc. Sabun, etc semua I'm very sure my SIL yang belikan.

I wonder sometimes about the maids who work with expats. they can dress anyway they want, probably can go out to shops anytime they want as long as their work is done. They seem happier too. Or maybe they're smarter, jadi not much issues either way with employers.
 
SD, sabun semua memang dah belikan...in fact she uses the same shampoo n other toiletries like other family members...cume i told her kalau dia nak lain brand then hv to fork out her own money...

kasi too lenient...like my x-maid...'padan muke aku'...

Lina/SD.. yes.. aku memang sangat2 tahu the rate of the indons behaviour and upbringing. Dorang nie ada sifat 'relaxed' instill in them.

Dulu my dad ada pernah tompangkan 4 Indon guys at our house cos they are on training with my dad's company. Dorang budibahasa bagus, hormat..
Datang to my dad werkplace... slow semcm... take their own sweet time.. then when something went wrong, they said "Benda dah nak terjadi, dah takdir.." they take it like tat tau.. Tu yg my dad geram. Terus have to send them back. Dua orang Batam kena hantar balik, lagi 2 orang Jawa Barat, still got job in their hometown..

dia ingat dia buat selowwwww yg lain kite dapat buatlah...

dah kasi lenient nak buat kerja rumah\rehat...ikut suke hati kau...janji beres...
kalau aku tak check...ade jer yg tak kena...bukan tak leh sikit lebih kurang...coz dulu pon time tak der maid..all the work siapa yg buat...

lagik dia from 8.30-11.30 consider no kids at home...

aku tak suke maid...depan kite cam banyak work...
then time tak der kite..dia lak jadik tuan rumah

kalau things dun work out well...i might have to go for plan B

Apa nak buat. dah memang culture dorang cam tu.
I think kita je kat s'pore ni yang cepat buat segala-gala, sampai tercungap-cungap. Not necessarily happier though.

I saw on TV, ada satu kampong kat m'sia ni, habis destroyed due to ribut. Tapi you know what they say? They said, dorang bersyukur sebab takde korban jiwa. Wow. Such simple wishes. Klu kat s'pore benda tu berlaku, sure orang dah complain2, kenapa authorities take so long to react, kenapa tak warn ada storm coming etc.
 
Sd, yes betul tu. I agree that kita Singaporeans sometimes need to relax. Tapi kalau kita employer and bayar gaji dorang.. of course dorang tk boleh malas lah. Kita kat kerja pun makan gaji, so mana boleh malas.. cos kita takut kena buang kerja kan. And yes, some ppl take things as it is..

This cina company, last 2 yrs ada event... and that is our 30th Anniversary ok.. Meaning.. we have to wait for another 30 yrs.. sigh*

Tu sebab orang2 kat sini stress bekerja.. boss cina (adik beradik).. kedekut nauzubillah.. Last year dorang tak naik gaji for all.. dorang ckp duit tu dorang buat investment in medicinal equipments... pas tu ada kita must go to lecture so that we know where our $$ go to.. bingit.

My boss nk belanja makan pun nak kena tunggu promo at Sakura Buffet. That time ada promo 1 hr lunch time, $12 per person.. ya allah.. makan kelam kabut tau..

to me pastamania pun dah tak power sangat lah.
I prefer this shop. Really quite tasty.
It's halal, malay-run shop at Toa Payoh hawker centre. Tapi since it's the only halal shop there, I rasa cam geli jugak at the seating area - just gotta be conscious NOT to rest my amrs on the tables.

Oh ya moms with girls, korang selalu belikan clips & dresses for them tak? I realised my little girl doesn't have much dresses. Dia rugged lah, macam mummy dia (kekee). Asik2 rompers, t-shirt & leggings. Dresses cuma ada satu ke dua yang I belikan. The rest orang kasi. dah outgrow pun. Thinking of buying more dresses for her but I pulak cam budget, what with the house coming up & all.
 
SD, Maya is also rugged. Always with leggings and tops/blouses. Time kecik senang pakai rompers with leggings.. dah besar nie dia yg sendiri mintak pakai dress... dia ckp dia princess. I pernah belikan Maya 1 dress jer..tu pun nak pakai for her uncle wedding. You kelam kabut nak pakaikan anak you, nanti dia besar, pandai lah dia mintak.. hehehe..

ok lah. if nothing special to eat at Pastamania.. then i tak teringin lah nak pergi..Now tgh fikir where to bring Maya for her 3rd Bday. She keep telling me that she wants to go to the zoo and feed the elephants and take the Singapore Fyler. I think we shall do that jer lah. Must remember to bring video cam. She loves to watch herself on TV.. very the vain.

Tapi kalau i cuma pergi to the elephant area, watch the elephant shows, then go to the kids area for horse rides and swimming.. should be ok lah.. i hope. Janji HB and maid there to assist carry things, tolak strollers.. i should be ok. Maya keeps telling me that she want to feed the elephant carrots and bananas...tak sampai hati plak kalau tk bawak dia jalan2 on her bday.

LOL. kelakar lah you ni. Zoo is such a fun place. I love it! And must always take the tram. Tapi hubby hates the zoo. dia kata, dia tak pernah pergi zoo as frequent as since we had adam. One day dia bising2 coz I beli tram tickets, and then after that he appreciated it so much, coz can hop on & off bila penat. And Adam loves the tram too!


I amik leave next Thurs to bring Adam to dentist, then after that I can spend the day with him. Wonder where we can go. I kinda miss him sometimes.
 
NOra, asal you tak suka pergi zoo ? Ramai orang eh..? Tu sebab i pergi zoo time i amik leave on a weekday. Kalau weekends, tak payah lah.. Kirim salam sudah. Charcos is also far from me. Takper.. now im thinking of a central place. Entah aku larat ker tak nk pergi town lagi.

SD, bawak dia pergi tempat macam Fidgets ker / East Coast ker.. fun to take a stroll or play kites.
