Aku nie Marketing Admin. So if i say Mktg Admin means doing sales quotation , help market the products, jaga customers, kalau ada sales, process the orders kan.. But kat sini, not only that, i have to process orders, then buat invoice to bill customer, then bila barang dah siap, kena arrange delivery for customer. Kalau overseas kena arrange forwarder, buat B/L, buat commercial invoice, buat packing list, buat delivery order. Then every month, accounts kasi kita statement of accounts to chase customers.
Is this happening in your own company ?
Cos, my ex company dulu pun i buat mktg sales tapi invoicing and chasing of payment totally Accounts dept yg buat. Then arrange of delivery pun my logistics dept yg buat. I just advise. Sigh*
