Hi Tania, memang tak halal. Some of my aunties very particular. Kalau i beli anything from Bengawan Solo... sure they wont eat.

Eh, yg topic pasal ayat2... kat Singapore.. mana lagi nak carik.. nak gie Angsana mcm bercinta ah.
 
does anyone know if the recipe calls for 'high protein flour' wat kind shud i get??? plain? self raising??
if milk power supposed to be use can i substitue wif fresh milk???

Ingredient A :

500g high protein flour
25g milk powder << tukar to fresh milk possible tak?
75g sugar
10g instant yeast
1 teaspoon bread softener << where to get this?
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt

Ingredient B :

250ml water << maybe kurangkan air or change air to milk??
75g margarine

Do not substitute milk powder with fresh milk. You can use Hilmi's milk powder.

u need to follow the baking instructions in the recipe..for bread making u need to proof the dough first isnt it?

depending on ur oven too..between 160-200degrees</font>
 
ok! found it...hehehehe...yes yes...need to prove till double the size n bake at 180 deg...alrite...

plan nak masak chilli crab today n bake me own sweet bun makan together....wahhh...syiok!!!
