I hope you will try cos is good for mense cramp. I strong recommand you cos my friend has a good result. She being trying lot of supplement but no effect.
As for forgetful, bring to office and keep to your drawer that you can see it..then you will remember to eat.

I prefer simple ones.

wati ours kan we get from bazaar ramadhan abt 4 of our pieces we bought there.. yg calligraphy & yg "batu type" - 3 (ayat nabi nuh shape kapal & allah & muhammad) kau i tell u masa tu i naik motor pegang yg ayat nabi nuh tu aduh merengkek seh n i didnt noe i was preggy back then, masa tu kita lum ada keta sampai umah, my lengan cramp seh in dat position peh sakit satu badan gue hehe
then our ayat 4 Qul was a gift, n our GOLD pintu kaabah & black pintu kaabah from JB & KL.. u buy at JB better mmg cheaper can nego smmore.. im still looking for more places to hang more ayat..

in JB yg i tgk ayat lelawa is at TESCO, JUSCO esp those org "arab" yg jual.. dulu at giant xtra used to hv bt dah closed down their ayat so nice & yet price reasonable</font>

I pun dah lama tak mengaji ni. I'm not exactly a fan of mengaji at that though. Tapi dulu time ngandungkan Adam, i was definitely more ON than now. sighs.

We just call him Abang Adam at times. And he knows baby is in Ibu's tummy. Cuma sometimes dia dah malas kalau we ask too many questions, when we ask where's adik, he points to his own tummy. hehe.

It is not halal certified. Tapi if you tak was2... I like the pandan sponge cake from there tapi it's too expensive. Tak jadi nak beli as 1 whole container is $7.50!
