tapi i nvr get to see lah.. i find the AMP tahun ni sungguh membosankan... i tgk first half hr je.. lepas terus tukar channel..!!

ah tulah kita mula2 tak tau which size to buy coz hub pun nak kai gak bt since his nose besar so amik yg large je.. i tght of buying for kids nya utk my doter.. c how lah..
hehe yup hub also every record ku snoring coz ku tak caya.. n few times recently (coz dah bis strips tu) my son & hub ckp bunyi cam kapal terbang.. hehe dahsyat seh so now i very inferior if nak tido umah org.. jus like sat tido at kota tg, i cant sleep coz i fear my snoring will disturb others thus ku terjaa dgn bantal tutup mata ku till 7.30am

klu gitu, susah lah kau nak sleepover kat mana2 ehh... tapi ehh, org lelaki klu berdenkur.. tink it common org tak cakap sgt, klu org pompuan yg berdenkur.. memang nampak tak manis lah.. we will feel inferior..
i have fren, hb dia klu berdenkur punya kuat.. as a light sleeper.. she cant sleep beside her hb. since her marrige, hb dia tido bilik sebelah.. nvr share same room.</font>

i tried every ways & means seh.. till dat strips came by bt bukan murah pun if every day nak kai e strips je..

ah tulah if guys still ok,bt for women mmg ada kurang sopan & org confirm akan mengata or terkejut.. sbb tu skg me if can tak nak tido over umah sesapa.. even my parents pun shocked if i sleep sekajap while tg hub on friday nites & i snored so LOUDLY.. they said dulu kau tak cam gini asal lepas kawin berdengkur kalahkan abah seh..
if i nak opt for operation or further medical stuff confirm byk kai $$$

anwyay ive read abt that OSA hmm cam paham tak paahm ah gitu, mayb ill read more looks like similar to my case skit2.. esp e fatigue during e day, diff in breathing or stop of breathing during sleep..</font>
