there is a new planning from BWL.
they have a weight management programme through the health supplement product.
They will have one nutritionist to follow up. If you manage to loss 5kg they will give you back S$100. if 6kg will be S$200, 7kg will be S$300.
8kg will S$400...and so on ....

naufal minum pedia.. to me, not much diff btw white or purple lid.. tried both.. tapi he only take dat as supplement, the reason he is fussy eater.. normal FM Gain IQ.

for 1 mth, naufal minum 2 tin Gain IQ and 1 tin pedia.. </font>

tu untuk baju jalan ah.
if baju rumah i not that particular.
baju yang 5 for $10 kat pasar marsiling tu yg i beli..hehe..
nasiblah faiq can use those normal, cheap clothes but of cos i try to pilih the better quality ones yg tak gatal and can absorb peluh.
i ada kawan yang her kids cannot use those 3 for $10 kind..pakai je dapat rashes.
if u interested to buy, wait for end of the month ah.
i will be launching the baby and kids collection..ada banyak gap and adidas apparels...hehe</font>

Do go for the slimming pills. is not good. I understand that this is will not be a yoyo sliming. Yoyo sliming is you cut a few kg and then gain back in a short period of time. I will SMS you the price for the whole package.

still takes all his green veg, tofu and fish..cuma i takut not enuf cos kadang bila he over excited or distracted he wont finish the whole bowl of food.
if once a day enuf then oklah..i will just stick to that.</font>

kelmarin i asked pd..he said milk intake must be around 600ml a day.
so kira dah cukuplah tu.</font>
 
Nshah, kalau baju jalan biasa TCP is good. I like the quality and very cheap. Usually I beli ON, TCP thru BP or direct for baju jalan biasa. For special occasions, I'll buy RL or GAP. Online! Save $ sikit. I've always love the girls clothings from TCP/ ON/ Gap. Simple and pretty.

naufal, tank dia kecik sikit.. tak leh minum byk sgt at 1 go.. normally he will take 180ml x 6-7 time per day...</font>
