apa lah yang dorang nak sombongkan? Kan rugi tu, beli rumah time mahal. Ah, sekarang, they will never be able to sell it back at that price. Tsk.

From one of the perjumpaan hari rayas I attended, I learnt that actually jiran orang yang paling penting, sedara is next. coz jiran kita dengan dorang hari2. Kalau kita masak sedap, bau sampai keluar, we should offer the jiran some food. Kalau takde daging/isi pun, kasi kuah pun jadi lah. Tapi sekarang ni, ada ke orang yang buat cam tu?

My mom's house, jiran2 dia, very good. Many malays tapi alhamdulillah not the kepo sort, hehe. Very helpful tu ada. Very kampung like</font>

da masuk 4 thn aku duduk kat rumah tu previously semua ok go...n infact we get along very well...ada few couples yg ada anak nanti main kat luar together2..

skali last mth ada 1 unit....directly opp...
a new young couple..(baya aku - malay) move in..
so laki aku ni over peramah...he is juz da opposite of me...kita orang naik lif then happen to meet this couple yg baru move in.

hubby:hi, u all jiran yg baru pindah tingkat 10 tu eh
neihbour hubby:ah'ah kita orang yg baru pindah....u all yg tinggal rumah ujung
hubby:ye betul....NI anak saya (kebetulan hubby tgh dokong anaqi)kalau dengar budak yg suka pekik2 main2 kat koridor budak nilah
neighbour wife:bukan u all sorang je yang anak anak kita orang pun ada
hubby n me:*dumbfounded*
neighbour hubby:tapi anak kita orang baru brapa bulan je blum tahu cakap pun..pekik2 pun blum tahu

dat is 1 thing...
then my unit betul2 sebelah garbage bin...so all the tingkat 10 nya tenants kena walk pass my unit nak throw rubbish..but this new neighbour da wife will go to the 9th floor n throw rubbish...aku pun tak tahu kenapa...ishhh...but the hubby throw kat kat tingkat 10....agaknya kalau lalu depan rumah aku ke electrocuted....baru 1 bulan dia pindah, da 3 kali dia change her curtains...aku bukan kepo...but her unit directly opp mine..so kalau aku bukak/tutup pintu confirm TERtengok rumah dia

i agree... my mom &amp; MIL slalu pesan. Be good to neighbours, coz in case of emergency, neighbours yg sampai dulu.... nak tunggu family, lambat.
 
yup2 betul neighbours orang yg terdekat skali ngan kita....time my arwah father meninggal...da first person to come is my mum neighbour...lagi dat time kul 4am

kelakar lah you cakap cam tu - kalau lalu depan rumah you, kena electrocuted. Haha!

Ada lah tu yang dia rasa tak kena..sometimes, some pple just got inferiority complex.

Yups... neighbours are there when we need help. Tapi sometmes i pun musykil. I had a neighbour sebelah (chinese family) - dia ada cucu, sama age dgn I, dulu kita main2 sama.. anyway, selepas 20 lebih tahun berjiran, dia tiba2 aje pindah &amp; tak bilang kita langsung pun! can u believ it? kite datang hari raye dia boleh cakap cam gitu.

at first I tak rasa apa2....bila smlm my next door neighbour (dia bisu ok...tapi hati dia baik skali) using sign language...dia tanya if the new neighbour talk to me...I juz shook my head...then using sign language dia cakap the new neighbour tak talk to her oso

dulu time i ada neighbour melayu,masing2 minat masak....
so on weekends i masak, antar kat dia...
when she off on weekdays, dia masak, antar kat i...

now, all chinese, diff culture... harapkan chinese new year jer lah, ada limau...

whenever i menang CNY hamper kat ofis, i give them..

the husband like sombong la but wife dia punyer lah baik..

Oh dear. I think i'm like the sassy neighbour in my flat.... *blush*

My unit is the hujung unit... So kalau pass by dari lift, then lalu rumah neighbour... kalau ada yg diri or happen to be outside, i will definitely start a conversation. Cos kalau dah lama tak jumpa, mcm rindu plak. hehehe... Ada old chinese couple at the other end of my floor, dulu ada simpan 10 rabbits. So cute.. Then neighbour sebelah rumah dia tak suka.. so go and call AVA.. So AVA suruh get rid.. Cos that stupid neighbour gie complain.. ckp bau busuk. Padahal tat old couple bersihkan hari2.. Uncle tua tu ada heartbypass, so this is a way for him to relax.. So dia dah kena donate the rabbits kat orang. Then now ada burung plak.. Hehhe.. Kadang2, kalau im bored, i will go to their house with Maya just to see the birds. Saja jer.

Then kalau naik lift, tak kira orang same floor ker or tak kenal ker, i will say 'Hello'. Kalau elderlys, i will ask, "Uncle/Auntie, baru balik kerja ? Pergi mana? Sudah makan?" all sorts of neighbourly questions. I like. Not bcos i'm kaypo. Tapi i think kita hidup, must bertegur saper. Esp orang tua, if dorang tinggal bersendirian, at least my 'Hello' can brighten their day..

And kalau kita mesra dgn neighbour, kita bleh tolong menolong each other kan...

My husband is opp. Pemalu and always mind his own business..

the neighbour janda, wif 3 anak....
den kawen lagi. the hubby yg ngada2, kurang ajar wif all the neighbours kat situ...
and the wife plak, ikut2 the hubby....
padahal, time baru2 pindah, baik nah...
my MIL even gave her their oven &amp; cooker hob

kalau mrt tu driver compartment boleh bukak, I'd do the same.. hehehhe

But seriously if u bot the house at 600k, wow, power seh. Some pple pay 600 k only to own a little birdcage massionate.

My jiran yang tiba2 pindah tu, dia selalu kasi kita hamper yang gedek-gedek seh! Plus limao, and angpow sekali for me &amp; my 2 siblings! Sekarang, haiz, limau takde, cuma batang penyapu aje (my new neighbour suka park penyapu dia in full view of pple walking towards my mom's flat.

inferiority complex ni susah nak explain. Doesn't just mean rumah you semua ada midas' touch aje dia rasa gitu. Tapi ni cuma tekaan aje... she might just need more time to adjust

Last time also I had a neighbour who selalu cepat2 tutup langsir if we walked past. I was like ???!! last2, biar lah, asal dia bahagia</font>

wow, u lah commuter mithali. I would also smile &amp; acknowledge the bus driver. Kesian, kerja dr pagi sampai malam, gaji berapa aje. Dgn ragam commuters lagi...

Kalau kat australia, we'd even wave &amp; say Thank you to driver before alighting at the bus stop. Sekarang kalau buat gitu, orang ingat aku ni terlepas drp IMH agaknye.

Rumah tu mahal sangat, tak mampu nak bau pun...</font>

i got my place for close to 800K, a few neighbours buy 1.5 years after me ay 600kplus,
so worth it rite,it all a matter of timing

sederhana je..ni pun invest cos my dad and my fil dapat cpf so they gave me and hubby a sum of moeny as a gift.
hubby said instead of we just habiskan duit tu, we tambah sikit lagi and got ourself a house pat jb.

cakap pasal neighbour, i have 3 chinese neighbours..like all of them and another 3 malay neighbours but only like 1 of them yg plaing hujung.
yg lagi dua melayu tu betul tak berkenan.
satu anak tiga tapi suka buat parti2 kat rumah so segala macam sedara and kawan datang and karaoke sampai malam buta. then budak2 kecik ramai will lari2 kat koridor, simbah2 air and suka sembunyikan kasut orang.
lagi satu neighbour tu ada dua ibu tunggal with small kids and 1 teenage sis.
ni family tak betul..penuh tattoo..kadang keluar rumah pakai nitegown so jarang semua boleh nampak.
then ada maid jugak.
maid dengan employer tak tau the right way to buang sampah.
kadang menitis2 dari depan rumahd ia all the way to the rubbish bin.
then macam berat sangat nak buang kat dalam, they just campak kat tepi and makanan ygy dah basi2 and pampers2 kotor semua bertabur.
punyalah fed up!</font>

mak bapak aku, PILs aku, adik2 aku bleh dok situ skali, so dorang bleh tolong aku bayar bills!
