ontop of monthly pay..if govt kasi half yearly bonus to civil servants then budak2 NIE dapat jugak..
including 13th mth pay.
tapi no performance bonus..cos that can only be given to trained teachers yg dah posted to school je..
performance bonus is usually given end of march or april..yg ni different grade dapat different payout..
even A pun ada higher A..middle A..lower A..this performance bonus is up to p's discretion..now p got the whole say..last time moe yg tetapkan each grade dapat how many percent.
but in any school pun, its a MUST to have 5% with grade d.</font>

da tahu smlm takda mood..i buat pastry dough, the pastry margarine lom lembut ku dah roll on, sekeras keras nye..then lipatan sungguh buruk skali...hopefully its not dat bad bila buat meat puff...

Lina, NIE 2 tahun ajer lah, unless you take degree 4 thn and PGDE 1 tahun. Salary semua dapat like Lynzi has mentioned, inclusive of bonus.
Lynzi, now D graders also get performance bonus. My friends who are still in the line told me.

i was busy cleaning my room and naufal diapers dah bocoh so i ask my maid to settle kan naufal dulu... mandikan dia sekali everything lah..
MIL and hb kat dapur lah and she complain to hb cakap "nanti satu hari si naufal tak nak dgn Mak dia pun bagus jugak.. asik2 suruh maid.. maid yg jaga, maid yg mandikan, maid yg peluk selalu.. padan muka bini kau tu"
i was abt to throw rubbish kat dapur when i heard all these.. of cos she tak perasan i was at living room.. i felt so hurt sey..
paling sedih my hb diam je.. i'm not asking him to fight for me but at least speak up for me lah..!</font>

i can understand how u feel.
if i pun, i would feel hurt and unhappy with my hubby.
why dont u sit down and tell him how u feel.
maybe he has his reasons for not saying anything.
its better for u to bring this in the open with him so that in the future, both of u know the best way to handle this kind of remarks.
