Blender Lada Kering n Bawang n Bawang Putih
Potong Dadu Bawang Jepun n Lada Padi then Tumis,
Masukkan Blended stuff.

Then Letak oyster sause, plum sauce, tomato sauce..Diced Tomato n Pineapple...Letak Sugar n Salt Then pour atas Ikan...For me I masukkan skali ikan kat dalam jati sebati..hehehe
