My daughter has a few sch mate, is a "mix" muslim, One of the parent is eurasian, the other is malay. But this child said she is a free thinker. So take chinese food is OK.....some said she is not a muslim also.
Like one of my colleague is mulsim, father muslim mother chinese, and she said she is muslim but can eat chinese food and just don't eat pork...So is common now lah... especial the younger gerneration.

The past few days betol punyer cabaran for me. Darah asik up jer with the hb.

Actually i just stayed in my room. so hb is the only person i in contact with.

Dah lah kite sakit nak nafas susah.. batok.. tapi si hb nie.. kalau cakap dgn dia SATU kali tak jalan

Dah biasa kena cakap 3-4 times baru nak dengar... UP UP and AWAY darah ku... Kalau nafas aku kuat dah ku tengking kan dia.

So now I am backin office and will spread the germs.. heheheh

I have a fren oso. Father Malay muslim, Mom Chinese. he? 'more' Chinese... got tattoo, just dun eat pork.

another fren... he malay muslim, wife pinoy...
but wife still practices her lifestyle.
once, at their place, the wife, instead of saying, woi (i dun expect her to say astaghfirullah, anyway) she said, "Jesus!"

The boys's mum is not malay... but his stepfather is. This boy pegi kelas agama and sembahyang jumaat sumer tau. I've met the mum. Dier pakai tudung... At first i tot d boy is just joking, i check the book (the cover is wrapped), memang lah bible!

But the boy's background nie memang complicated to start with..

I nak ckp terus terang skali mak dier kat dlm smh eh... i no the mum is quite internet savvy.

I rasa mak dier will azan kat you balik. I pernah deal with the mum tau... She has d 'dont-mess-with-me' attitude. Dier kalo marah, sumer mat saleh nyer vulgarities kua eh! The mum and the boy (dorang nie asians to start with) dtg from negeri abraham lincoln abt 3 yrs ago. The boy's accent is so pekat, dier slalu kena kacau.

nak share something i experience last weekend... sampai skarang tak leh get over it.

last weekend i was at sembawang shopping centre with my kids + hubby. my hubby masuk challenger store, tapi i + kids just wait outside and watch dos shows on LCD TVs on display. Then got dis ah-pek diri kat sebelah my elder dotter, senyum2 kat dier, ckp " manyak cantiik...". Pas tu dier pegang my dotter arm, nak tarik dier...

I ckp, " ah-pek, lu buat aper nie?" Dier jwb " takder aper2.. mau ajak dier main2 jer kat playground.. takder aper2..." Sial nyer ah-pek!! I tarik my dotter closer tu me and held on to her as if its for dear life. Mcm2 pikiran sak kat kepala otak aku!! nak pekik, skali ah-pek nie giler to d maxx, skali dier grab-n-go dgn anak aku ke or kua kan pisau ke!! lagi cari nahas.

but luckily, the ahpek immediately let go of her arm and terus blah. Hilang sekelip mata into d crowds!

Mcm nak putus sey my jantung especially wen i think wat could happen to my dotter if i lalai for a few seconds at dat time! I did informed the shopping centre security abt this.
