Choosing a maid,
For me, she must be married with children and not widow or divoice. Age must be around 28 to 30. (too young, scare cannot handle BB and no patience, too old scare "action" too slow(friends maid like that)) My husband said she must have some Knowledge of religious study like know to read "mukadam" (don't know how to spell). through the Biodata see the face lah if my children, husband like or not. so my this maid, I check with all my children opion also. one important one is see what experience she have that will suit to what you want.
Then Kent will help me to pick out theose suitable one and let me choose.

ayam lemak kampong-
1. ayam1kg
2. kentang
3. 10 btg cili padi
4. 2 btg cili fresh
5. kunyit basah
6. halia
7. serai
8. asam keping 2
9. santan
Blend item 3-6
Perap with ayam and kentang for one hr.
Then titik serai, add in together.
Then add santan w water, add asam keping.
Simmer for one hr.
healthier choice. Tak yah pakai minyak!

<font color="0000ff">Had an encounter with one of my students. Today they're having English Literature exam. Caught one of the boys reading a book and showing it to his classmates around him, during assembly. The boy is not malay, but he is a muslim for sure.</font>
Me: Put the book away before it gets confiscated!
Boy: It's just the bible. My mum wants me to read the bible. She says that it's good for Literature.
