Hi mummies, Im back again. Just packed the boys off for their six-monthly appointment at KKH, with their dad. Baru start login and nak mula revision for tonight's exams. Ingat nak withdraw and resit next semester but pagi pagi the head of my department dah call suruh give it a try. Dah 10 tahun tak sekolah, seram sey nak sit for an exam. Boleh seram sejuk just thinking of it.

Mas, on Saturday we viewed 4 houses. Mula-mula recce Whitesands SC dulu. Alamak weak betul la. Hehe. Macam takde pape except for Popular and NTUC. Ben & Jerry pun dah takde. I dah berkenan one Chinese house but the husband and agent advised me to sabar. Haha. They still want to view more. So far I don't like area 200+, although it's near the mosque tapi macam too cluttered sey. My agent is trying to arrange for more viewings this week so tengoklah macam mana. Hatiku dah berkenan satu tu jugak, susah nak accept yang lain. Nearer your area also and seberang jalan boleh sampai PPIS Childcare.

My mother's day celeb on Sat night, gi makan w my family and my aunts and nenek. Semalam malam, the husband asked me out gi makan ice cream and watch movie. First time we watched a movie during weekend eversince I first met him 7 years ago.

Zu, heh, terpaksa batalkan niat nak buat PV at SV. The husband decided to move to the east since prices are coming down now. Sekarang gue aim Whitesands Pri or Pasir Ris Pri..hehe.

My favourite colour. Heh. I pun sikit hari konon nak try buat lah, akhirnya order jugak pasal takde confident nak buat. Ada kang jadi tak senonoh maklum kita ni tak creative langsung.

Mas, about 420k-450k for most areas. 400+ and 500+ are the most expensive. 500+ masih 500k and above for EA.

The penthouse is very big, its maisonette style, with 3+1 bedrooms. I can't remember the details cos I left the brochure at my mum's. But I remember the agent cakap the last offer was $600+k.

Actually we're interetsted in the penthouse units nearer to Loyang Point, Blk 200+ I think? Cos there got seaview...
